Prequalify before you apply

A Maximum of two adults per property & two children per bedroom, and two vehicles. 

Combined household Income must be 3x the amount of the monthly rent for the property you are applying for. 

For example, if the monthly rent is $900, your household would need to have $2,700 monthly income AFTER all other major expenses have been paid (car payment, alimony, child support, loan payment, etc.) 

We will be issuing a background & credit search on your record. We will be looking for any past evictions, financial claims against you, credit score,  any late payments, violent crimes, and sex offenders registry. 

Employed at your current job for a minimum of 6 months and employment verification directly from your employer via a form we provide. 

Please be prepared to work with us in seeking contact with your employer. 

You are allowed a MAXIMUM OF TWO pets or animals under 45 lbs. that are insurable on your renters insurance plan . Two pets or animals is defined as any animal or caged pet on the property including pets that will be visiting.  Animals or pets in outdoor areas must be leashed or caged and never left unattended. We will be contacting your previous Landlord(s) seeking a positive recommendation of your residency. We will be asking them if you paid rent on time, if there were any complaints made against you, if you were evicted, if you caused any unjust damage to the property, and if they would ever consider renting to you again. 

Renters insurance is required to rent our property, and must be kept current. If you are having trouble obtaining rental insurance, we can help. In most cases it should cost less than $300 annually or $25 per month. Anbro LLC must be named on the policy as additional names insured as well as any pets or animals with coverage. We need an up to date copy on file at all times. 

Smoking is unhealthy and could cause harm to potentials tenants. Smoking will not be allowed inside any of our homes whatsoever. 

• If smoking is found fees will be assese for cleaning walls, ceilings, and air ducts and painting. 
• + loss of deposit
• + possible eviction

If you smoke, you must smoke at least 10 ft from all window & doors. You also must clean up and properly dispose your cigarette butts to avoid fire hazards.

Use of illegal drugs in residence will cause for immediate eviction!

 Application fee is $35 per single adult, or $50 per couple no refundable
