PET & Animal Policy

You are allowed a MAXIMUM OF TWO pets or animals that are insurable on your renters insurance plan under 45 lbs.

Two pets or animals is defined as any animal or caged pet on the property including pets that will be visiting.  Animals or pets in outdoor areas must be leashed or caged and never left unattended. You must pick up after your pet. Animals with any offense filed against them will not be permitted.

We do not allow fish tanks larger than 3 gallons.

A $35 per animal fee will be charged per animal  monthly added to the rent agreement. An additional pet application fee is also due along with prior approval before any animals can be on our properties. Animal fees are non refundable. All Animals must also be listed on your rental insurance policy. 

We must know Animal Type, Age, Sex, Weight, Color, & species. 

No animal of any kind, not provided for or described in an approved agreement shall be allowed on property with out the full written consent by the Property Manager. Even visiting animals must be discussed. 

Resident must also agree that the property owners or manager will not be liable for any damages or losses to personal or property caused by the residents animals. Each resident will be responsible for their respective animals or pets and any damages caused.
