I agree that all information provided on my application to be true and to the best of my knowledge.*

I understand that I will be charged $35 per month per pet/animal for permeant or visiting + a $275 application fee. Both non refundable.*

I have read the pet/animal policy and will insure them on my renter policy. I will not have any uninsurable pet/animals on premise whatsoever.

No Pet/Animal with out prior agreement from management will be on premise. I understand management needs to approve by application.*

I understand that management is not responsible and I will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by my pets/animals.*

I understand that pets/animals outside in pubic spaces must be on a leash or in a cage and cannot be left outside alone.*

I agree to take proper verternairy care of my animal, with current rabies vacation. I understand pets must be under 45 lbs and cats spayed/neutered. *

I understand I must clean after my pet/animal. Lack of cleanliness insdie /outside will result in loss of agreement at the managements discretion.*

I understand neighborhood disruption from my pet/animal excessively, may cause the pet to no longer be allowed on property at managements discretion. *

I understand that any public display of aggression will cause my pet/animal to not be able to be on property and is at the managements discretion. *
